I provided leadership, management, and administration to identify advocacy and policy approaches to improve the services for people with developmental disabilities. I represented the agency at the Georgia General Assembly and to the community. I provided oversight for two training programs that trained 1,500 participants annually. As a spokesperson for disability issues, I have appeared on Lawmakers, WABE, WSB, 11Alive, Fox 5 News, CBS Atlanta, and in the Atlanta Journal Constitution

Facilitated twelve week Human Relations Course curriculum, provided coaching and feedback and managed instructional team. Approximate class size 15-35 business professionals.
Trainer/Facilitator/Organizer/ Project Management
I have experience working with diverse audiences; C- suite, legislators, media, focus groups and town hall style settings. I have moderated and organized candidate forums, stakeholder events, and provided training to state agency staff & criminal justice professionals. I have presented to House and Senate subcommittees and to the Board of Pardons and Paroles.
